Oktoberfest is on its way to Arizona, bringing steins, bratwurst, live music, and plenty of fall fun across the state. Know Before You Go: Four Peaks Oktoberfest 

Four Peaks Oktoberfest returns to Tempe Beach Park for its 53rd year, October 9–11, 2026. As Arizona’s longest-running Oktoberfest, the three-day festival brings beer, brats, live music, carnival rides, and fan-favorite events like the wiener dog races. Here’s what to know before you head to the festival!

Headliners, Events & Happy Hour

Each night brings its own headliner: Dirty Yachtin’ Scoundrels on Friday, Wyves on Saturday, and Whiskey’s Quicker closing out Sunday, backed by dozens of local acts and polka bands. The weekend also features classic Oktoberfest competitions, including Wiener Dog Races, brat-eating, and Stein Holding. Runnin’ for the Brats takes place Saturday with 10K, 5K, and 1-mile options, plus a free stein, tee, beer, and brat for participants. Little ones can join the fun with free Kinderfest arts, crafts, and carnival games throughout the weekend.

Expect the full Four Peaks lineup alongside German imports, seltzers, and wine, plus a new addition this year. Happy Hour runs Friday 5–7 PM ($1 off $7+ drinks) and Sunday 7 PM to close ($5.50 draughts).

Starting at 4 PM, the 21+ crawl brings you to multiple participating bars with waived cover charges, Oktoberfest drink specials, themed cocktails, and an event wristband to keep the night moving. A digital crawl map makes it easy to hop between stops, with the evening wrapping up at the official after-party.

Phoenix Oktoberfest

Kick off at Copper Blues, the starting point for this Oktoberfest bar crawl through downtown Phoenix. Brat Haus Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest takes over Brat Haus in Old Town with an afternoon of German food, cold steins, and plenty of competition. The celebration kicks off at 1 PM with a Weihenstephan Firkin Keg Tapping, followed by stein-hoisting and brat-eating contests, a Jäger ice luge, plus schnitzel, pretzels, and music by DJ Copperlit. VIP tables for 4, 6, or 8 are available with reserved seating, commemorative steins, and a giant pretzel.

Flagstaff Oktoberfest

Now in its 17th year, Flagstaff’s high-country take brings craft beer, giant steins, and brats, with live music from 90s alt-rock band HIGH 90’s, a costume contest, wiener dog races, and a root beer garden for kids. OktoberWest at The Westin Kierland
