Arizona’s Fall Coffee Menu Lineup for 2026

Pumpkin season has landed in Arizona, and these coffee shops are swapping their summer sippers for something cozier. A handful of local favorites are rolling out fresh seasonal menus this year, each with its own spin on the season. A couple of shops are still finalizing their lineups, so it’s worth checking hours and availability directly before you go. Here’s a look at what’s brewing this season!

Better Buzz Coffee

Multiple Locations

This fall, Better Buzz is centering its menu on pumpkin and cozy spice, with cinnamon sugar showing up across the board. The Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Spice Chai are both available hot, iced, or blended, blending pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove into a cozy sip. Rounding out the lineup is the new Pumpkin Foam Cold Brew, a lighter option that tops the shop’s signature cold brew with cinnamon-sugar pumpkin foam. Several Valley locations, including the Scottsdale café, are already serving the full menu.

Black Rock Coffee Bar

Multiple Locations

Black Rock Coffee Bar’s fall menu pairs old-town espresso with warm spiced pumpkin across a handful of drinks, all served hot, iced, or blended. The Pumpkin Blondie combines espresso and creamy white mocha with a hint of pumpkin, and the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte adds vanilla and pumpkin to espresso and milk, topped with cookie butter cold foam and demerara sugar sprinkles. Pumpkin swirl and pumpkin chocolate bread round out the pastry case. The seasonal menu is live now across several Arizona locations.

Fair Trade Cafe

1020 N 1st Ave, Phoenix, AZ

This downtown Phoenix café’s fall menu is officially live, and the Einspänner takes center stage in both espresso and matcha versions, each pairing maple brown butter with a sea salt foam topping. The white chocolate Pumpkin Spice Latte comes hot or iced, and the Sweater Weather Chai layers pumpkin spice with steamed milk, with the option to add espresso for a dirty version. The Pumpkin Spice Shaker Cold Brew mixes macadamia nut and praline into pumpkin spice cold brew, finished with pumpkin foam. The full lineup is available now.

Amour Coffee Trailer

7020 E 2nd St, Scottsdale, AZ

A pink, aesthetic weekend coffee and matcha trailer parked in Old Town Scottsdale, this spot’s fall menu leans playful. Flavors like Witches Brew Ube and Brown Butter Pecan Crunch headline the lineup. The Whipped Maple Sea Salt and Caramel Apple Fritter drinks lean into classic fall pairings, while a straightforward Pumpkin Spice option keeps things simple. Since it operates out of a trailer, it’s worth checking their social pages for the current weekend schedule before making the trip.

La La Land

15215 N Kierland Blvd Suite 190, Scottsdale, AZ | 5039 N 44th St, Phoenix, AZ

La La Land’s fall menu has officially dropped, and pumpkin cloud is the star of the show. The World’s Best Pumpkin Cloud Latte layers velvety pumpkin cloud and pumpkin pie spice over bold espresso or ceremonial matcha, and the Pumpkin Cloud Cold Brew tops rich, smoky cold brew with that same pillowy foam. The Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Cloud Chai, and Pumpkin Pie Einspänner Latte round out the drink menu, alongside a pumpkin loaf in the pastry case. Every fall drink is served iced only.

Yellow Spruce Roasters

3902 N Brown Ave, Scottsdale, AZ

The largest fall menu on this list belongs to this Old Town spot, spanning lattes, matcha, chai, and a full lineup of espresso martinis for guests 21 and older. Standouts include the Strawberry Cheesecake Latte topped with graham cracker crumbles, the Apple Fritter Latte with caramel and cinnamon sugar, and the Loaded Cookie Latte built on brown butter and coconut. The Peach Cobbler Matcha and Blueberry Muffin Chai round out the non-coffee side, and the espresso martini menu, including the Pumpkin Pie-tini and Loaded Cookie-tini, gives the Old Town Scottsdale space its day-to-night feel.

Jasmine Jo Coffee

107 E Baseline Rd Ste A1, Tempe, AZ | 1334 E Chandler Blvd #15, Phoenix, AZ

Jasmine Jo Coffee built its fall menu around unexpected pairings, starting with a Black Sesame Latte finished with sesame oil cream cheese cold foam. The Sweet Potato Dirty Chai adds toasted marshmallow to espresso and chai, and the Apple Butter Tonic mixes apple butter, white mocha, and rosemary into an espresso tonic. On the food side, the Smoked Sweet Potato waffle and Fall Toast, built on sourdough with black sesame tahini cream cheese and pistachio ganache, make this menu worth a full stop rather than a quick order. The seasonal lineup is available now at both the Tempe and Phoenix locations.
