Step right up to Carnevil, a twisted Halloween carnival taking over 50 Shades of Rosé in Old Town Scottsdale. The pop-up transforms the restaurant and nightlife spot into a sinister circus filled with creepy clowns, dark carnival décor, and Halloween-inspired cocktails. The cocktail menu leans into the carnival theme with playful creations like the Candy Corn Creeper, Twixter, Last Laugh, and Reese’s Pieces of Me. Carnival Classics such as the Candiest Apple, Killer Kettle Corn, and Strawberry Slasher add even more Halloween flair. Halloween gets a Western twist at Porter’s Haunted Saloon in Old Town Scottsdale. The historic 1929 building is taking on a haunted saloon theme, with skeletons, creepy details, photo opportunities, and seasonal cocktails spread across the upstairs space. The Halloween cocktail lineup includes the Spooky Spritz, Cemetery Smash, Ghost Rider, The John Doe, Blood Moon Paloma, and Dead Man’s Old Fashioned. The combination of Old West character and Halloween décor gives this pop-up a look all its own. The haunted experience runs Thursday through Sunday, with the action centered upstairs in the historic Postmaster’s Apartment.

UnderTow is heading back to the Black Lagoon this Halloween, taking guests deep into uncharted Amazon waters for a limited-time cocktail experience. Step below deck at UnderTow for a completely transformed setting filled with Black Lagoon cocktails, immersive details, and something lurking beneath the surface. The experience runs for 90 minutes, giving guests time to settle into the story while working their way through the themed cocktail menu. Reservations are strongly recommended, and all guests must be 21+ with a valid ID. With locations in Arcadia and Gilbert, Black Lagoon gives Halloween cocktail fans two ways to experience the spooky takeover.

The experience leans into a playful horror aesthetic, with specialty drinks created specifically for the pop-up and plenty of spooky details to set the scene.
