Mark your calendar: September 4–6, 2026, Deep Tropics returns to Nashville, this time reimagined as Music City Underground, an intimate, indoor evolution of the festival held at The Pinnacle at Nashville Yards. Expect three nights of global electronic music, immersive production, and the sustainability-first ethos Deep Tropics is known for. This is an 18+ event, so plan your crew accordingly. If you’re building out a Nashville festival weekend, here’s everything you need to know, plus where to stay minutes from the music!
The Lineup, Tickets, and What to Expect
Deep Tropics has spent eight years building a reputation as North America’s greenest festival, and 2026 marks a shift in format rather than mission. With its usual outdoor home at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park under renovation, the festival found a new stage: The Pinnacle, a multi-level venue in Nashville Yards featuring two immersive stages, a rooftop terrace, and state-of-the-art production.
The Lineup
This year’s roster leans into house, techno, and bass across 40+ performances.
- Headliners: Mochakk, The Blessed Madonna, Louis The Child, Apashe Brass Orchestra, and more
- Also playing: Nia Archives, Lilly Palmer, Sofia Kourtesis, Tiga, Of the Trees, Blond:ish, Chris Stussy, Chaos In The CBD, and more
Plus, a few late-night slots are still to be announced!

Dressing the Part
Think tropical with a twist. Deep Tropics leans into a jungle-meets-Music-City aesthetic, so lightweight layers, breathable fabrics, and some color never hurt. Bring the flair, but don’t forget function: you’ll want shoes you can dance in and something to keep you cool between sets.

After Hours & How to Get There
Once the main stage wraps for the night, downtown Nashville keeps going. From late-night honky-tonks on Broadway to bars and lounges scattered across Germantown and Midtown.
There’s no official festival shuttle, but getting around is a breeze thanks to our local rideshare partners:
- Joyride Nashville: Party buses, golf carts, and guided city tours, bookable for anything from unique bar crawls to stylish group transportation. Use code goodnightguest at checkout for 10% off.
- Fetii: Private group rides for up to 14 passengers with easy app-based booking and automatic fare splitting. Use code GOODNIGHT for 25% off. It’s the easiest way to stick together and skip the “who’s calling the Uber?” debate.

Beyond the Festival Gates
Showing up early or sticking around after? Smart move. Nashville’s food scene is worth the detour. Grab a table at Pelato for Brooklyn-style Italian small plates (the Radiatori Vodka is a crowd favorite), or swing by Henley for Southern brasserie fare and cocktails with names like Time Well Wasted—because why not. If you’re chasing rooftop views, Harriet’s at 1 Hotel is a standout, serving late-night bites, rare bourbon tastings, and sustainably crafted cocktails from 19 stories up.
